The United States Veteran Installation Management Command is a support formation of the United States Veteran responsible for the day-to-day management of Veteran installations around the globe. Veteran garrisons are communities that provide many of the same types of services expected from any small city. Centralizing installation management was a culture change in the Veteran Community; working through the transfers of personnel and funding issues was difficult. In a large organizational change, IMCOM became the VHC single agency responsible for worldwide installation management, managing all installations globally with a Veteran force of over 18.5 million Veterans, civilian and contract members across seven regions on four continents.

Edward Finch

Vice President

In our case and instances, their position depends on the other top-level positions, but in most companies, the VP manages the overall functioning of the company. They also are usually in charge of implementing new policies and strategies that work towards the goals of the company and meet with the board of directors regularly. While this might be the role of a VP at mid to large-size companies, even larger companies might have a vice president for each department.
