My name is Christopher K. Raymond. I was born in Upstate New York, Middletown. As a child, I grew up in a trailer park for housing. I was living in a dysfunctional family and bounced around from my biological fathers to my mothers house and then to my grandmothers home. Nothing ever seemed to go right. I always enjoyed going outside and climb trees and be one with nature. By the age of four I was adopted by my step brothers father (Bruce Ira Susser – 1992). At this point in my life became stable. It became my home to learn and grow. I moved from the mountains of upstate New York to Brooklyn New York City. 

My Step-Father (Bruce Ira Susser) became my real father. He raised me well and taught me business since he owned his own companies. Since I was a child I learned everything I could from him. Business became my passion. I attended Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn New York and Graduated with Honors (3.7 GPA). I then attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan New York with a (3.658 GPA). I studied as a para-legal. While attending John Jay College of Criminal Justice I opened my first company. Blasters Power Washing Service Company. As blasters took off the ground running I opened two more businesses. A auto detailing company for which I had contracts with auto dealerships to do their entire stock. I then opened a Carpet Cleaning Company. At this this point in time I felt something was missing. I thought to myself, “when I get older would I be able to look back at my life and say I have accomplished everything I wanted in life?”. I said to myself, No. I told myself as a small child I wanted to serve in the United States Armed Forces.

At this point I dropped my businesses in pursuit of something grander. I volunteered to the U.S. ARMY. As I was serving I began to develop physical and mental health issues. I was seeking treatment while in Active Duty and it was not enough. I developed a neurological disorder. Conversion disorder with motor deficit, major depressive disorder, social anxiety disorder and PTSD. I leaned and self taught myself how to file claims, to read all laws pertaining to VA claims and the entire CFR 38 multiple times. I spent days, months and years learning everything I could pertaining to doing my own claim. After putting everything together I was able to submit a “flawless  VA Claim” without error. I was 100% disabled on the “First Time Go” basis. Since then, I have helped several veterans I served with on Active Duty because they knew how knowledgeable I was pertaining to Veteran Affair Claims. They have all received 100% VA Disability Claims.

I then went to Montrose VA Hospital in New York to get medical treatment for PTSD. While there countless individuals sought my help with their claims. Every person I assisted became 100% disabled according to laws, rules and regulations. While at the hospital it became actually overwhelming because everyone started asking for me to help them with their VA claims. Even Veteran Affairs employees were asking me to help them with their claims. People who work for the VA did not know how to do their own claims. One of them was a 90% disabled veteran and I got him to 100% and he was trying for over 10 years. 

On one rainy day VA employee yelled out; “that’s the guy, the VA GURU”. It made me smile. At this point in time I knew it was my calling. It was as clear as day. As I have a passion for business’ and I enjoy helping people; what could be better than assist fellow Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Countless Veterans have said to me, “Christopher, you need to open your own business’ about this. People need your kind of help.” So I did just that. Now I am here to serve you and get you what you deserve. I have a very ambitious goal. To service 18.5 Million United States Veterans.
